This spray tip angle set gauge is A MULTI-Machine spray tip angle adjustment tool. It is designed to set the proper angle of each spray tip in the Viper XPT-6000 as well as the ViperONE Air or Electric pretreatment machines. Easy to use instructions included on the actual spray tip tool for each pretreatment machine.

It is very important that after servicing or cleaning the spray tips, that they are returned to the correct angle.  Failure to reset the tips at the correct angle will result in uneven pre-treatment laydown.  Variations of spray patterns will prevent correct White ink laydown resulting in rejected prints.
