SuperSlip™ Dielectric Synthetic Lubricant 30ML

InkJetPrintables® brand SuperSlip™ lubricant is manufactured from the purest non-toxic Food Grade components.  It is a thickened synthetic silicone based compound.  It will not harm any type of rubber or plastic parts.  It is a Medium consistency, easily spreadable, non-curing grease-like paste.

This is an EXACT EQUAL* to Brother SB3229101 EM-30L Grease Tank.  This lubricant is used in conjunction with the 2.0.6 (or newer) print driver that allows you to grease the two carriage bars, that the print carriage rides on, to keep it functioning as smoothly as possible.  Also used on the Platen track bars, Wiper Blade assembly linkage and several other moving parts.  This grease should be used on a regular basis for PM (Preventative Maintenance) to maintain your Brother GT-541, GT-782, all GT3 Series GraffiTee printers and GTX printers at least every 6-12 months.

WARNING:  Do NOT substitute any other type of grease for lubricating Brother Direct-to-Garment printers.   

WATCH OUT !!! ... this stuff is realy slippery! 

This is a high-tech silicone type grease that will not gum up and dry out.  Do not use products like: lithium grease, WD-40 or 3-in-1 light oil, as these products will eventually create a drag on the components.  This drag will cause binding of the print carriage causing poor print registration and/or error codes relating to undue motor voltage stress.

* This is an exact equal, with the exception of viscocity.  We make this "slightly" lower to make it easier to spread.  It also makes it easier to "polish" this on glass for anti-fog applications.
