  • WE strive to ship via the most economical way.  Keeping in mind destination and size/weight of shipment, we may select to ship via Priority Mail.  Priority Mail will deliver almost anywhere in the US within 2-3 days at a fraction of UPS Air charges.  
  • MOST shipments are made via UPS (see service map for delivery times).  All prices shown at check out are "estimates", many times it is accurate, however it does not reflect various UPS surcharges, such as "Dimensional Weight", "Additional Handling" & "Residential Surcharge".  When the shipment is completed, surcharges, if any, will be added. NOTE: Sometimes shipments cost less, in that case we bill the REDUCED actual cost.
  • Any DAMAGE merchandise received via UPS must be reported to us within 7 days.  The damaged product along with all packing materials and box must be retained for UPS inspection.  If any merch is removed or used, UPS will generally deny any claim.  Consignee has the right to dispute any claims directly with UPS.  Truck shipment claims must be reported at the time of delivery.  The delivering driver must also make note of damage and sign to acknowledge the damage. 
  • INTERNATIONAL shipments are made via US Postal Service (USPS) and may be limited by weight to certain countries.  In all cases, however, it will be much less than the published UPS charge shown at checkout.  Usually at more than a 50% savings. NOTE: When ordering for shipping outside the USA, please select "WILL CALL" as the shipping mode.  We will then ship via the best way at the most reasonable cost.  Usually, if we feel it is necesary, you will be notified prior to shipping with options.  ALL IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES will be collected from you by your country's Customs Department. 
  • ORDERS for Domestic Delivery and in stock, will be shipped same day on orders placed by 4:00pm est.  International orders received before 12:00pm est usually ship same day, but may sometimes be delayed until the next day.
  • RETURNS of parts and products ordered in error will incurr a 15% restocking fee.
  • PAYMENT for merch and shipping is by Company Check, Net 15 Days (pre-approved), Credit Card, Cash (pick-up), Wire Transfer.  For INTERNATIONAL shipments, payment is by "vetted credit card" (must email us front/back of cc along with government id, shipping only to address on cc) Credit Cards incurr an International Surcharge of up to 5%, Wire Transfer ($25 fee) or PayPal (4% fee).

 


STOCK / INVENTORY:

  • WE are a full size Brick & Mortar building with a showroom, offices and warehouse. We stock everything that is commonly needed to run a full size printing shop every day.  Most items show "IN STOCK" as a default, however our web store inventory is not regulated, so the item may not actually be in stock.  
  • IF we do not have an item in stock, our Customer Service will email or call you with shipping options.  Sometimes an item may ship directly from the manufacturer (Drop Shipment).
