Genuine Brother OEM GT-541 Ink Supply Needle #SA5634001

These ink needles are ONLY for the GT-541 printer.  This is the needle that pierces into the rubber gasket in the ink cartridge.  Sometimes, if the ink cartridge is not inserted straight, or possibly gets "slammed" into place, the needle will bend and crack the solder joint.  Once that happens, it will never make a seal and will leak air into the system.

Also, if the 2 intake holes are damaged (see small hole in side of needle in picture) the ink will not flow into the ink feed tube and create ink starvation at the printhead.

When all else fails to fix ink flow problems.... replace these!
