Block-Out Pen "GREEN" Ultra Fast Drying Water Soluble
Green Blockout Pen is ultra fast drying (30 sec. - 1-1/2 min.) water soluble green blockout. Use it in the screen room or on-press to touch-up pinholes. Resists plastisol, UV and most solvent based inks. Rinses off easily during reclaiming.
