Jessup Brand #177 EM-REM Emulsion Remover, is a fast acting emulsion remover that is supplied as a concentrate. Mix as per directions, or use straight for tough spots, #177 Em-Rem works well on all types of emulsions, capillary fillms, direct stencil films, Phat Film® and most other type photo stencil products.
LIQUID Concentrate: 1 Quart Concentrate is packaged in a gallon container!! Just fill to top with tap water to make a full gallon of working solution. Simple, no measuring, no weighing. 1 Gallon is packaged in a gallon container and will make 4 gallons of working solution. This is the STRONGER SOLUTION that makes quick work of reclaiming!
CRYSTALS Concentrate: One 2lb. jar will make 32 gallons of economy working solution. Simply mix 1oz crystals with 1 gallon of warm water. Shake well and apply using the Misty Globe pump sprayer. For standard reclaiming, mix 1-1/2 oz per gallon of water.
Once mixed, the best application method is by using a trigger sprayer
