Matsui SP Top Ink Flock Transfer Adhesive
Waterbased Hot-Melt Flock Transfer Adhesive. This ink is printed onto the flock transfer paper to create a finished transfer.
Printed flock paper. Notice how ink is on "top" of flock fibers? That leaves a good layer of hot-melt bonding adhesive that will create a good transfer. 
When transfered correctly, only a shaded area of design remains on the flock paper. 98% of fibers have transfered with adhesive.
