900 Series Nylon (Low Temp Cure)

900 Series Nylon (Low Temp Cure)

International Coatings 900 Series Direct Print Nylon

By far the BEST Nylon ink on the market for over 30 years!  Many other manufactirers have tried to copy it, or make bonding additives... but NO ONE has ever come close!

We have been selling this 900 Series Nylon ink since 1979.  We found that this ink was SO good that it actually will outlast a jacket!  We have a sample 4 color process satin jecket printed in the aerly 1980's.  ALL of the buttons have lost their paint, the fabric is falling apart and at many shows hundreds of printers have scratched the print and it still looks like it was printed yesterday!

Now formulated as a LOW TEMP CURE ink. Will "cure" as low as 275f. As soon as entire (not just surface) ink film reaches at least 275f, it will be cured. Low Temp Cure inks will flash dry super fast and not heat up platens. Also good for printing many heat sensitive items, like polypropylene bags and very thin nylon windbreakers.  NOTE: 900 Series has only recently begun to reformulate as a LOW TEMP CURE and NOT ALL INVENTORY IS LOW CURE, the can label must clearly indicate that it is "LOW CURE" or "FLEX-CURE".  If you require a low cure and the color you purchase is not the new low cure formula, you can add 5% of 3804 Low Cure Temp Additive.

PLEASE NOTE: 900 Series Catalyst must be ordered separately.   Approximate mixture ratio is: 2oz per quart, 8oz per gallon.  NOT ALL COLORS ARE LISTED YET..... please call us if you don't see the color needed.
