Garment Runner Mobile Cart

Although the Garment Runner was originally developed for the screen print industry, it has many other applications. We have many embroidery shops and manufacturing plants using them as well.  Laundry operations, labelchanging companies, and stuffed animal producers can all use the Garment Runner, as it will easily transport and store any soft goods.

SCREEN PRINT

Designed to catch, store, and move garments, the Garment Runner will fit under any dryer. TIP: Use a Garment Runner wider than your dryer belt for added capacity. By using multiple bags or carts, you can create an efficient system for your shop. TIP: If your dryer belt is wide enough to run two separate jobs, use two Garment Runners side by side to keep jobs separate, instead of one larger unit. The Garment Runner is available in widths up to 60” wide yet will still fit through a 37” wide area. Size separators are available to keep shirt sizes separated.

EMBROIDERY

The Garment Runner works great for embroidery shops. Its huge capacity makes it perfect to transport large, bulky items such as jackets, hats, bags, sweats, or other large items. TIP: Use the job ticket holder to identify your bag’s contents. The Garment Runner’s ergonomic design allows an operator to easily remove the bags contents without stressing their back. TIP: Empty the bag from the front, which is the lower part of the Garment Runner.

 VERSATILITY

By easily removing your Garment Runner bag, you have transformed your unit into an all-purpose utility cart. This cart is strong enough to move heavy boxes, gallons of ink, chemicals, thread, office supplies, or any other heavy items. This flexibility makes the Garment Runner even more amazing and a must for every shop. TIP: Slide heavy items off the back of the Garment Runner so you do not have to lift them.

Your Garment Runner bag is designed to cleanly and efficiently store a variety of goods in any shop. Its heavy duty construction and drawstring closure will keep the bags contents clean until you are ready to further process it. TIP: When removing a heavy bag always roll the cart into position and slide the bag off the back of the cart, without having to lift it.
