Vastex / Brother GT Series DTG Digital Platen adapter
Allows you to move the Brother GT platen between a manual screen printer and the Brother GT printers. Keeps and maintains perfect and exact registration. This adapter is made specifically to fit Vastex V-1000 series printers. However, it will fit "most" manual screen printers. It utilizes a universal platen arm clamp.
Platen adapter on manual screen print arm.
Drop Brother GT platen (complete) onto adapter.
Apply spray adhesive to face of platen (GT platen is covered with Pallet Protection Film.
Mount shirt.
Print White ink (Matsui 301-W or Super 75 White Discharge) and gel with spot dryer of heat gun.
Mount platen with shirt attached into the GT-541 printer.
Print digital CMYK.
Remove shirt and cure in heat press or conveyor dryer. Perfect registration:
