Viper Venom Pre-Treat for WHITE ink "CONCENTRATE"

Viper Venom WHITE Pre-Treatment for White ink is a new pretreatment for white ink direct to garment printers.  This is a proprietary formulation that we have developed to make white ink perform at it's optimum opacity and washability.  

Besides the special formula, it is imperative that users apply this in a controlled manner for best results.  When properly applied, Viper Venom WHITE ink pretreatment provides superior garment preparation and ink adhesion characteristics for incredible printing and wash fastness.  It was designed for most Direct-to-Garment water-based white ink sets using Epson based printers. Controlled and consistent application is recommended for best printing and wash results.  Apply using an automated pretreating machine, such as our Viper XPT, for more consistent and repeatable applications.

Viper Venom WHITE is supplied in a CONCENTRATE and must be mixed 1:1 with Distilled Water.  DO NOT USE TAP WATER, as it may contain certain chemicals or minerals that may hinder the chemistry.  Viper Venom for White Ink pretreatment is packaged in 1 liter, 2 liter, 4 liter, 20 liter sized containers to better suit any sized business.  All containers are filled 1/2 way to help users determine the correct amount of water to add.  ie: 4 liter jug has 2 liters of concentrated solution.

4oz. "Trial Size" is available for pre-testing.  This small bottle is more than enough to treat several garments.  The spray top provides a very fine even mist.  When ordered alone, the $7.50 price includes FREE SHIPPING* to the US and Canada.
