Viper XPT Spray Tip Angle Gauge
Solid brass gauge for setting the spray tip angle on the Viper XPT Pretreat machine. Several angle settings ( 5°, 7° and 10°) allow the Viper to be fine tuned to your specific pre-treatment solution.
It is very important that after servicing or cleaning the spray tips, that they are returned to the correct angle. Failure to reset the tips at the correct angle will result in uneven pre-treatment laydown. Variations of spray patterns will prevent correct White ink laydown resulting in rejected prints.
