Convert your pre-2008 GT-541 printer from the old style double wall tubes to the new single wall tube.  The new style tubes are much less expensive to replace and can be changed easily and quickly.  This kit includes everything needed to convert all 4 tubes including instructions.  During this conversion, we recommend that all 4 Ink Needles be removed and completely cleaned out.  There is a very good chance that there is dried ink fully or partially blocking the needle intake hole.  Although it can be accomplished by a non-certifed individual, we strongly recommend a Certified Technician perform this conversion.

There are over 45 parts in this conversion kit, including several extra parts we have included as well.  The Ink Tubes with this kit are packed seperately in special flat boxes, implemented by Brother, to prevent kinking during transportation and handling.  While unpacking and handling, use extreme care not to kink the tubes.  2 different sets of detailed instructions come with the kit.  

If your machine still uses the old style doublewall ink supply tubes you should install this conversion at the first sign of print quality issues.  You can tell if you have the "old style tube" if it measures about 1/4" or 6mm in diameter.
