ACCURATELY check the temperature of your textile equipment. Check conveyor dryers, transfer machines, moving parts and other hard to reach surfaces.
Aim at infrared panels to test “actual” surface temperature. Also check to see if one or more dryer panels are burned out on a conveyor dryer.
Shoot ink surface on garment just “before” it exits the conveyor dryer for a TRUE INK SURFACE TEMPERATURE. Make sure you are obtaining the correct curing temp.
Shoot the surface of your transfer machine in several different spots to check uniformity of heat.
